It is an alternative and an ally of the economic reactivation of companies.
It must be understood that most sectors have been ‘hit’ in some way and this is reflected in the unemployment and informality figures, which also results in the difficulty to hire personnel and manage human talent in companies.
In that order of ideas, there are alternatives that are attractive and competitive for Latin American companies, such as outsourcing, which, in turn, is a vehicle that makes the labor dynamics in organizations more flexible and an ally of economic reactivation.
Juan Pablo Chaustre, an expert in human management, pointed out that the market has been adjusting to the economic situation and that among the benefits of using this type of service is the increase in the productivity of the processes and their flexibility.
He added that outsourcing does not require large investments to create its own logistics network, which is usually very complex to carry out; it is an activity that guarantees the fulfillment of the goals and services provided to the company, mitigating errors and assuming the responsibilities that the process entails; and the company can focus on its core business by outsourcing administrative issues that demand time and entail wear and tear.
Chaustre pointed out that BPO outsourcing, implemented since 2013, has become a plus so that companies do not wear themselves out in operational and administrative issues.
“In recent years, revenues from outsourcing services in human talent have increased. The business unit of services in to customers, but is part of a strategic process of organizations providing solutions regarding the new ways of working, “said the Manager.
